Our projects are as diverse as our client base, and the wide variety of markets we work in. The Spartan Group prides itself in our continuing relationships with our clients over time. In fact, each year about 90% of our business comes from existing clients who return to Spartan to find solutions to new issues and opportunities.

To help you understand how we work on projects with clients, we have created the following summaries. First is a general flow of a large project process, which discusses the steps involved and how Spartan and the client interact.
